These start-up companies, due to their limited budget and small size, cannot justify hiring an in-house full-time Operation and Administration Manager. However, they do recognize the vital necessity to invest in the company’s administration needs.
Every start-up company faces the challenges of Operation and Administration from day one: managing paperwork, related to the company’s registration with the authorities, managing payroll, locating offices, and building a network of suppliers.
